The Special Offer
1. The Special Offer is
- Buy three 90-minute eVouchers, get one 90-minute eVoucher free
- Buy three 24-hour eVouchers, get one 24-hour eVoucher free
- Buy three 5-day eVouchers, get one 5-day eVoucher free
Eligibility
2. The Special Offer is open to any person who in a single transaction electronically purchases three BT Openzone 90 minute, three BT Openzone 24-hour or three 5-day Vouchers at www.btopenzone.com during the Offer Period and subject to the terms and conditions below.
The Special Offer Period
3. The Special Offer Period is from 12:00 hours (UK time) on 8 December 2009 until 12:00 hours on 25 February 2010 (UK time).
Conditions
4. The Special Offer is only applicable to the electronic purchase of BT Openzone 90-minute, 24-hour and 5-day Vouchers; it does not apply to any other type or value of BT Openzone Voucher.
5. A maximum quantity of 10 x BT Openzone 90-minute, 6 x 24-hour or 3 x 5-day Vouchers can be purchased electronically in any one session.
6. The electronic BT Openzone Vouchers may be used at BT Openzone hotspots and local roaming partner hotspots throughout the UK and Ireland. They cannot be used in the UK or abroad with BT Openzone's international roaming partners.
7. Your purchase of BT Openzone 90-minute, 24-hour or 5-day Vouchers is subject to "Your terms and conditions for BT Openzone Service (payment by Vouchers)" which can be found at http://www.btopenzone.com/terms-and-conditions/index.jsp.
8. Use of the BT Openzone Service is subject to coverage. You will need a wireless-capable laptop or handheld device, be near a BT Openzone hotspot and be able to receive a signal to use the Service.
9. You can use your BT Openzone 90-minute, 24-hour or 5-day Voucher in BT Openzone hotspots specified at www.btopenzone.com.
10. The free voucher provided under this Special Offer is subject to you buying 3 vouchers of the same type in a single transaction therefore if you start to use any one of the 4 vouchers provided under this Special Offer, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 will no longer apply and therefore no refunds will be available.
11. Vouchers have no cash redemption value and are not for re-sale or publication.
12. We reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw this Special Offer without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances should make this unavoidable.
